This Wednesday, 18th May, sees the inaugural 2016 direct flight from Jersey to Palma in Majorca, operated by FlyDirect, part of Channel Islands-based C.I. Travel Group.

The winners of the second C. I. Travel Group Hotel Awards have been announced, with the Radisson Blu Hotel and the Sunnydene Country Hotel winning the overall awards in Jersey and Guernsey respectively. The Radisson Blu also won the 5 & 4 Star Category in Jersey, with the Sunnydene winning the 3 & 2 Star Category in Guernsey.

The shortlist for the 2016 C. I. Travel Group Hotel Awards has been announced, with 12 hotels across the Channel Islands nominated. The final winners will be announced on 16th March.

Now in its second year, the awards scheme recognises excellence and professionalism in the Channel Islands’ tourism and hospitality sector, and reflects C. I. Travel Group's commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service.
