C. I. Travel Group has won the 2017 Feefo Gold Trusted Service award for 2 of its brands, Bontour and JerseyTravel.com, for a consecutive year. Their brand GuernseyTravel.com won the 2017 Feefo Trusted Service award.

C. I. Travel Group has been working with Feefo, a global ratings and reviews provider, for over 8 years. The platform gives customers the opportunity to rate both the company’s customer service as well as that of their chosen accommodation. Feefo only collects ratings and reviews from verified customers meaning all feedback is genuine helping other travellers buy with confidence.

The annual Feefo awards recognise businesses that go above and beyond offering exceptional customer experience as rated by customers. The Trusted Service award is a recognised symbol of trust where winners have to meet strict criteria of excellence. The business must have over 100 reviews within the year plus a rating of 85 – 95% to gain the Trusted Service Award and to win Gold; the rating must be over 95%.
