Reservations & Customer Service Advisor

Part-time 20-25 hours per week (negotiable)
Join C.I. Travel Group’s FlyDirect team as a Reservations & Customer Services Advisor.
You’ll sell flights and holidays via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service from initial enquiry to client departure. Responsibilities include processing bookings, checking the details and liaising with suppliers to confirm and amend reservations.
You’ll assist with operational issues during travel and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, computer-literate, and fluent in English, with a friendly and professional manner.
Prior travel industry or customer service experience and destination knowledge of Spain or Portugal are advantageous.
Hours are negotiable, 20-25 hours per week over 5 days. Some Saturdays will be included on a rota basis at busy times of year, along with the occasional requirement to be on call for emergencies once fully trained.
Our office is located close to Jersey Airport with free parking and access to the main bus routes.

2017 C. I. Travel Group Hotel Awards
The C. I. Travel Group Hotel Awards have returned for a third year, recognising excellent customer service in the Channel Islands' tourism and hospitality industry.
Hotels have been shortlisted based on a genuine customer feedback scores, gathered by C. I. Travel Group's reviews provider, Feefo.
All reviews provided by Feefo have been independently sourced and are from customers who have booked with C. I. Travel Group's brands and have stayed in hotels across Jersey and Guernsey.
We are proud to present the awards in 2 different categories in each island to reflect the variety of the properties we work with - 3 & 2 Star Hotels and 5 & 4 Star Hotels. We have a shortlist of 3 hotels for each category and one overall winner. Here we are pleased to announce this year’s shortlisted properties with the overall winner for 2017 being announced shortly in March.

There are currently no Covid-19 restrictions in place for visiting the Channel Islands.

You are reminded to have appropriate travel insurance and should check your policy to ensure that it is appropriate for your travel itinerary.
Coronavirus, your responsibility to others
You should not travel if you are displaying any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19). Symptoms are a new continuous cough and/or fever which may be accompanied by one or more of the following:
- Headaches
- Tiredness
- Muscle ache
- Respiratory symptoms such as a sore throat, blocked or runny nose
- Gastro-intestinal symptoms can also be a feature however these are more common in children than adults
- Loss of smell and taste
