Following a season of unprecedented success in winter 2016, Channel Islands-based FlyDirect has launched an expanded programme of direct flights and holidays to Tenerife for winter 2017.

This Wednesday, 18th May, sees the inaugural 2016 direct flight from Jersey to Palma in Majorca, operated by FlyDirect, part of Channel Islands-based C.I. Travel Group.

Following another successful year, Jersey-based FlyDirect has launched an expanded programme of direct flights and holidays to Tenerife, giving Channel Islanders the chance to reach the Canaries for some much needed winter sun only four hours after departing from Jersey.

C. I. Travel Group's FlyDirect brand has launched a full summer of direct flights from the Channel Islands to Majorca, the Costa del Sol and Barcelona.

With FlyDirect's Tenerife winter sun series taking off at the end of January, direct flights from the Channel Islands to the sun now depart during ten months of the year.
