Overall winner Bailiwick of Guernsey, Duke of Normandie Hotel
The winners of the third C. I. Travel Group Hotel Awards have been announced, with the Merton Hotel and the Duke of Normandie Hotel winning the overall awards in Jersey and Guernsey respectively. The Merton also won the 3 & 2 Star Category in Jersey, with the Duke of Normandie winning the 3 & 2 Star Category in the Bailiwick of Guernsey.

The shortlist for the 2017 C. I. Travel Group Hotel Awards has been announced, with 12 hotels across the Channel Islands nominated. The final winners will be announced on 17th March.
Now in its third year, the awards scheme recognises excellence and professionalism in the Channel Islands’ tourism and hospitality sector, and reflects C. I. Travel Group's commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service.

The first truly independent Channel Islands accommodation awards have been announced, with Radisson Blu and La Villette Hotel being crowned overall winners in Jersey and Guernsey respectively.
C. I. Travel Group, in association with online review portal Feefo, is behind the scheme to highlight customer service excellence in the Channel Island hospitality industry. Only genuine customers can post a review on the Feefo website, which means that nominees and winners for the inaugural 2015 awards can be confident their success is down to honest feedback from people who have stayed in their properties.
