Digital Marketing & Technical Analyst
C. I. Travel Group is looking for a Digital Marketing & Technical Analyst to join the proactive and driven Product and Marketing Team.
C. I. Travel Group is the Channel Island’s largest Tour Operator. In this role you will be reporting to the Marketing & Development Manager to grow websites, increase conversions and develop the Group’s digital marketing strategy. Managing the website content of our 7 brand web domains through our CMS, you will provide analysis and insights making recommendations to enhance UX, optimise quality traffic and increase conversions. You will drive sales through paid and organic search ensuring all activities are aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to join our team! In this role you will increase online sales to meet budget, evaluate activity and make recommendations that will improve conversion levels for the future. You be responsible for the maintenance and development of websites plus leading the digital marketing strategy. You will grow the websites in-line with new digital developments, enhancing content and UX as well as maintaining quality control on both the front-end of the website and in the booking engine, working with developers and designers where necessary. Your role will include working managing the Group’s SEO, paid search activity and affiliate marketing working with 3rd parties when required. You will accurately report on online activity and market trends, making suggestions for driving the business forward.
You’ll have hands-on experience in delivering digital sales growth plans through a variety of online marketing channels including PPC, paid social and affiliates. The ability to take ownership of projects and make strategic recommendations to deliver the best possible performance is a must. You’ll also be keen to contribute to our team through knowledge sharing and support the rest of the marketing team to deliver optimised campaigns.
The ideal candidate must be highly organised and be able to work cooperatively as part of a team. An analytical mind is essential plus accuracy and excellent communication skills in English. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google Ads and HTML. Experience of Photoshop is preferable as is past experience in website development. Past experience working on online marketing activity for in travel or hospitality is an advantage.
