Outbound Product Co-ordinator
C. I. Travel Group is looking for an Outbound Product Coordinator to join the proactive and driven Product and Marketing Team. C. I. Travel Group is the Channel Island’s largest Tour Operator and you would be predominantly working on the outbound brands of FlyDirect and Bontour whilst getting involved with other brands within the group when required.
In this role you would be responsible for assisting the Outbound Product Manager and the Marketing & Development Manager to grow the profitability and productivity of the outbound brands. You would undertake the day to day administration, as well as provide sales and marketing support, of the brands whilst working proactively with the rest of the Product and Marketing Team. Marketing tasks will include proof reading, copy writing, assisting with the creative for marketing materials (online and offline), managing our feedback system (Feefo) and sales calls. Administrative tasks will include rate loading, liaising with suppliers, creating reports, invoicing, sending rooming lists and flight manifests, maintaining accurate information on our internal systems and websites. In time, there will be the opportunity of creating product to meet client demands.
The ideal candidate must be highly organised and be able to work cooperatively as part of a team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. Creativity and proactivity are essential qualities as well as accuracy and excellent communication skills in English - copy writing experience would be beneficial. Knowledge of French or Spanish would be helpful in this role. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role is essential as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, past experience in travel or hospitality is an advantage. This role is full-time, permanent; a five years residency is not required.
