Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: Negotiable

Full-Time. Flexible working considered.

C. I. Travel Group is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join their small but busy marketing team, working on our FlyDirect, JerseyTravel, GuernseyTravel and Bontour travel brands.

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning and managing social media campaigns, and producing inventive and engaging content for websites and email communications. You will also undertake regular administration and reporting tasks along with ad-hoc research projects. There may be the opportunity to travel to our destinations for familiarisation and research.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of digital marketing, a creative flair and proven skills in design and content creation, who is able to work on their own initiative and under pressure at times. Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral, are essential and a passion for copy-writing is advantageous. General keyboard and computer skills are needed. Knowledge of the tourism industry is favourable but not essential.

Full-time hours are based on a 37.5 hour week. Applications for flexible working will be considered. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive 21 days holiday a year when starting as well as discounts on travel and holidays.

Our office is located close to Jersey Airport with free parking and access to the main bus routes.

Incoming Groups Administrator

Salary Range £26,000 - £29,000 per annum

Bontour Incoming (part of C. I. Travel Group) is looking for a group administrator to join their busy team. As the leading Destination Management Company, we work with a number of European tour operators that offer FIT and group programmes to the Channel Islands.

As Groups Administrator, you will be responsible for professionally and effectively handling group enquiries, ensuring sales opportunities are identified and converted. You will manage the administration of sales and work closely with on-island and off-island suppliers to ensure the programme meets the requirements of the operator and clients. You will provide operational support during the groups’ stays.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, organisational and administrative skills, who is able to work on their own initiative and under pressure at times. Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. Command of a second language, such as German or French would be beneficial. General keyboard and computer skills are needed. Knowledge of the Channel Islands’ tourism industry is favourable but not essential. Full training will be given.
