Office Administration Assistant
Part-time. 15 Hours Per Week
C. I. Travel Group is Jersey’s largest travel business and sells holidays and travel to UK & European clients as well as operating FlyDirect – with direct flights to the Mediterranean. We are looking for an Office Administration Assistant to support our in-house reservations and finance teams.
Key Duties
- Daily Banking – Reconciling card payments, cash, cheques and bank transfers.
- Supplier Payments – Preparing and issuing payments to suppliers
- Reporting – Producing routine financial and operational reports
- Maintaining accuracy across all entries within the reservations and accounts system
What You'll Need
- Previous administration experience is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 360
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent numeracy and organisation skills
- Professional, reliable and proactive
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

This role is open to residents of Jersey with registered or entitled status, and is office based. Our office is located close to Jersey Airport with free parking and access to the main bus routes.
